Your responsibilities will include conducting client visits, delivering on-site demonstrations, and fostering relationships to boost user engagement and drive sales growth. This role demands proactive fieldwork and a customer-centric approach to effectively showcase Leaf Co.'s offerings and meet the needs of potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion: Actively promote Leaf Co.'s products and offerings to target clientele, highlighting their features, benefits, and relevance to the healthcare and research sectors.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, research institutes, laboratories, etc., ensuring regular communication and addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

On-site Demonstrations: Conduct on-site demonstrations of Leaf Co.'s products, showcasing their functionalities and advantages to potential clients and decision-makers.

Needs Assessment: Understand the specific requirements and challenges faced by clients in the healthcare and research domains, providing tailored solutions that align with Leaf Co.'s offerings.

Sales Generation: Drive sales activities to meet or exceed targets, identifying new leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into customers through effective sales techniques.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and product development efforts.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback, ensuring timely reporting and alignment with company policies and procedures.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of field activities with overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.

  4. Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling demonstrations and pitches to potential clients.

  5. Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic fieldwork environment.

  7. Proficiency in using mobile devices, CRM software, and other sales tools for efficient fieldwork and data management.

  8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
